Your OBC rank of 29k is a bit on the lower side and I am afraid you cannot get any top IIITs like Hyderabad, Allahabad, etc. As these colleges are older and also the branches they offer is also in-demand branches like CSE, IT and ECE. Still, I would advise you to check previous year cutoffs for the newest of the IIITs like Nagpur, Pune, Kottayam, Tripura, etc. You might have to compromise somewhere either on campus or in location. Though your chances are a bit less you can still try till CSAB round for these newest IIITs. 

Just don't keep sitting with hopes of IIITs, keep other options open too as it will be helpful for you.
