The qualification eligibility required to appear for NEET requires a minimum of 50% aggregate in 12th for a general candidate, 40% aggregate for SC/ST/OBC candidates and a minimum of 45% aggregate for PH/PWD candidates. These minimum marks are of Physics, Chemistry, Biology/ Biotechnology and the candidate have to clear all the exams separately.

The total aggregate of the three subjects should be a minimum of 50% and you got 56.61% so you are eligible also you have cleared all the exams separately so there is no need to give board exams again, until and unless tyou have to improve your marks.
