Please take note of the fact that a domicile certificate is a document that is issued by a government signatory in order to validate that a candidate is a permanent resident of a particular place or has been residing there for at least ten 10 years or more. So although your parents are government employees of Uttar Pradesh and have their individual domicile certificates, you still have to issue your own domicile certificate from an official government signatory such as Commissioner of Police, Deputy Commissioner of Police or any Group A Government Officer of state or of Central Administration.
