Dear aspirant, to apply for neet you have to clear your 10+2 examination with minimum 50 percent marks. Then only you are eligible for giving exam. Moreover 100 marks in NEET are not a good score if u want to get admission i  government college. U can apply for private colleges which offer paid seats.

Bsc agriculture minimum requirement is passing 12th class with minimum 50 percent and then the admission process will be different for different colleges. There is no requirement for neet in bsc agriculture.
