Hello Kunal,
You don't need to worry about your percentage in 10+2. Because there is no such criteria to attempt gate examination. However, If you succeeded to score 65+ percentage marks in your engineering or masters then it will be more beneficial because of lots of PSU has percentage criteria in engineering for recruitment.

Candidates should have completed their Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Technology or Master's degree (M.Sc) in any relevant science subject or must be in the final year of the programme. While applying for GATE 2019, there is no minimum pass percentage in the qualifying degree.
