100-(your total percentile) 869010 /100.
In your case your rank must be around 116,794.
Cut offs vary every year on various things like level of question and total number of applicants so it's bit tough to predict exact category rank.

If you want to appear in jee main then you need apply for it. Application starts from 07th of February and shall remain open till 07th of March 2020.
