So, firstly. I'm sorry to say this to you, but with your rank in ST category, it's not really possible to get into any NITs or IIITs , let alone for CSE or ECE or IT. As you might be knowing, these colleges are the best in the country and the branches that you want are in most demand, so they have a really tight cutoff.
