Hello,
You haven't mentioned whether your given percentile is for JEE main paper 1 or 2.
Nevertheless, you can calculate your expected rank for paper 1 using the formula given below
(100-your total percentile)*869010/100
869010 is the total number of candidates appeared in January session for paper 2
So your rank can be calculated as
(100-99.69)*869010/100= 2693
So you expected rank will be around 2693
The total number of candidates are expected to be 1200000 in April session so it becomes (100-your total percentile)*1200000/100 and you rank changes after April session.

If it is paper 2 then the formula is
(100-your total percentile)*112679/100
112679 is the total number of candidates appeared in January session for paper 2
So your expected rank is calculated as
(100-99.69)*112679/100=349.
Your expected rank will be around 349.
