Hello aspirant,

First of all to get admission in any of the IITs you need to qualify Jee Advance with a good rank. Without a good rank in Jee Advance you cannot get a seat in IIT. And if you have qualified Jee main only then also you can apply for Jossa counselling but you cannot get IIT. You may get NIT , IIIT or other GFTIs.

With 120 marks chances are less of getting IIIT or NITs. But you may get lower ranked NITs or GFTIs.

No you cant get any IIT since for admission in IITrequires JEE Advanced rank along with JEE Mains Qualified. You can get some NIT's with think rank.

You can try for other private colleges if you have not applied for JoSSA counselling since it is too late to apply for it.

If you got 120 marks in JEE MAINS but not in advance then you can't get any IIT as IITs are from JEE advance only.

Now this score is also not sufficient enough to provide you any nit iiit gfti also. You could only get private college at this score .
