Since you haven't mentioned your category, I'm assuming that you are from the general category. With this rank, you have very low chances of getting into any NITs and IIITs. You should rather apply for some state counseling. It will be beneficial for you. Also, you haven't mentioned which branch you want to choose, and your Home State. You may get a seat in some lower NITs and IIITs only if you come under the Home State Quota. Apart from these, you can get many good private colleges.

Also note that the cut-off rank changes every year depending on the difficulty of the paper,and the number of candidates appearing for it.
