We can do previous years analysis to see what you can get
As per the previous year patterns I think it will be difficult for you to make it as CSE is the preferred stream of maximum candidates and it gets filled at the earliest with less cut offs but that doesn't mean that you don't have any chance
Keep your fingers crossed and attend counsellings and see what happens
In 2018 the closing rank in open category was 10000 and in 2017 with  CSE the cut off for open category was 1813 and state quota closing rank was  13800
