With 14289 rank in AEEE, even with state quota getting CSE in Chennai Campus  will be tough because as per past years cutoff. Based on your rank which is 14289, very fewer chances are there of getting CSE seat in Chennai campus.  I think so you may get placed in the desired college of your desired branch.
