It's bit hard to get computer science group with this rank. but you can other groups ece,eee,it,mechanical engineering,chemical engineering and production engineering  and also civil engineering .To predict the college you can use college predictor tool.

if that fall under your home state than may be you can get electronics and communication in spot round and if the seat remains vacant even after the spot round counsiling that you may upgrade your branch in you college.

if that's not in your home state than you have very very less or no chance of getting in with cse
