if u are having above 70 % in 12th and 80,000 in jee mains, refers that please start applying for VIT , Vellore, Manipal Institute of Technology, if you are a general student, its really impossible to get in NITs , though there are chances of getting into GFTIs, so start applying for other private colleges.

See the rank u have secured is not enough for u to grab a seat in the good colleges like NITs IIITs or GFTIs for pursuing ur higher studies in the field of ur interest under the btech courses.
