For general category, its not possible to get CS with your rank, but you can definitely get a seat in NIT. You can go for Civil Engineering , Chemical Engineering, Metallurgical and Materials Engineering, Production Engineering.

For getting into CS you can shlould for GFTIs.

For securing rank 22030 in JEE mains you can get a seat in NIT Jharkhand under home cota in Electrical, Civil, Mechanical, Metallurgy, production engineering branches. Also, you can get NIT Goa, NIT Sikkim, NIT Arunachal Pradesh, etc. You can get CSE in NIT Sikkim, NIT Arunachal Pradesh, etc according to the previous year cutoff.
