You got a rank which is satisfied by government colleges only.  You can apply for low ranked IIIT and for non-technical branches like Civil engineering or Mechanical engineering.

To get a secure seat, Better to apply for state government where you lived. You can use home state quota and any other reservation (if any).

After Government college, you can apply for 1st tier private colleges which has good performance and works for the development of institute and students.
