Manipal Institute releases it's official cutoff (i.e. minimum and maximum rank at which students got admission) on it's official website.

The cutoff of year 2021 year is still not out, but if we see the previous year's 1st round cutoff (2020) for jaipur campus :

Computer Science : 8,663

Information Technology : 14,496

Data Science & Engineering  : 11,624

Electronics & Communication : 23,663

Electrical & Electronics : 28,138

For round 3 :

Computer Science : 10,635

Information technology : 19,302

According to your ranking it's a bit tough to get into CSE but you should try for it. From the previous data, hopefully you can get into IT or Data Science branch in further rounds.
