Pessat and kcet are two different examinations where the pessat is a university entrance exam conducted by the PES University while kcet is conducted by the state government of Karnataka.

Scores of any of the two exams can be used for applying in the PES University.

Here is the previous year cutoffs of the pessat exam

Computer Science & Engineering	1094	771
Electronics & Communication Engineering	5159	1646
Electrical & Electronics Engineering	8265	3982
Biotechnology Engineering	8484	9655
Mechanical Engineering	22291	5265
Civil Engineering	22714	8411

I guess you have a great chance of getting into the university as per these cutoffs. But as you can see these are highly contrasting cutoffs as they change each year due to various reasons. But you have a chance of getting any branch if not cse or ece.
