For rank 6823 in pessat exam its hard to get a seat the PES university in first counselling but there is hope for you to get a seat in Civil or Biotechnology branches. But scope of chances increases when it comes to 2nd counselling, you may get a seat in Biotech, civil engineering branches in 2nd counselling. You may not get a seat I'm CSE for that rank
