Cut-offs are subjected to change every year and determined based on factors like the number of students appearing for the exam, the difficulty level of the exam, previous years' cut-off trends, etc. As per the previous years' cut-off trends, you may not get a CSE seat at VIT Chennai. But you might be able to get a CSE seat at VIT AP.
