my rank in VITMEE is 984 in CSE. i was eligible for counselling. but i was not attented counselling. now any 2nd couselling available there?

No, this is not possible. Wait for the spot round if there is any. But if you miss the first counselling, it is understood that you leave your seat for others unless you have given a valid reason for the same.
