Good to hear from you. As per the previous years' records, for 10527 rank you might have secured 531-540 marks. Assuming your rank as 530-540, you become eligible to apply for almost all Govt. Medical College in India. But, whether you get a seat or not depends on your category, gender, nativity, etc. So, if you want to join a college in U.P., you can try for Govt. colleges.
