my rank is 13000, and score is 207. Can i get any NIT colleges. Or can i get chance in Jadavpur university ,kolkata?

Which contains
Category wise jeemain minimum qualifying percentage
Past Years jeemain Cutoffs which further includes year wise cutoffs , course wise cutoffs , and college wise cutoffs.
