If you belong to general category then I'm sorry to say but you won't be able to get admission in a government medical college via the all India quota counselling. 

If you belong to some reserved category then you still have some chances. 

Also you may have chances of getting a government medical college via the state quota counselling. 

Mention your details like domicile, category, etc. And ask for queries.
