Depends on your rank, i think you might miss a seat in government medical college, especially if you belong to general category.
But with the score you can get a seat in private medical college under management quota.
However, nothing can be said with absolute until the counselling procedure begin. Please wait patiently for the counselling procedures to begin.

you can get mbbs seats in deemed and private colleges in NRI and management seats

Govt seats will b difficult . Tey for private colleges and deemed universities
