SRM joint engineering entrance exam is a university level examination at requires a higher rank for tech courses, for CSE a candidate required a rank above 7K for ECE at ltr branch you should hold a rank above 20k.

My suggestion for you is that you have a higher possibility of getting your favoured course as the cutoff differs every year.

As you have mentioned that you have got 13.5k and you are wanting to take cse in the main campus. So let me tell according to my knowledge usually looking at the previous year trends the seats of cse including all specialisations gets filled up till 10k.

But situations vary every year in these private colleges looking upon the number of seats, number of candidates appearing in the examination, difficulty level of the paper, previous year cut off. So, it is also possible that you may get cse lower specialisation branch .
