Hi Nikhil.Decision of your category fee depends on the campus  and course you are going to choose .We cannot predict it only by refering your rank.For suppose you wanted to go for vellore campus then you will not be getting cse for first category whereas you will be getting it in amaravati.So I hope you will get an idea by reading the above info.
