GNNO stands for General and Others list with no sub Categories. And seats are allotted based on the marks scored, your merit and order of preferences. If a Candidate who has secured a rank of 200000 has opted for Deemed Universities in his choice locking and you opted for GMCs, by the virtue of preferences and rank, as a rank of 2000000 cannot get a GMC but can get a seat in a Deemed University, you will see that in the allotment list.
