Hello aspirant,

You have a very low rank so it will be difficult for you get into some good goverment college also it depends on your category, class, etc. You can ofcourse try for MITS Gwalior as it is a very good college and has a good placements records. Also there is chance of you getting chemical engineering from MITS as you have hard option for getting any good branch.
