Dear,

Kindly specify about the rank you received. In which entrance exam did you get a rank of 1 lakh? If you are talking about JEE, then you can get a BE seat but that won't be in any IITS or NITS. You can easily get any engineering seat in any colleges. But that depends on what entrance exam you are talking about. There are plenty of engineering colleges in India so getting a seat isn't an issue.
