It is very difficult to tell that and your also not mentioned your category as i  am considering as general category it is very tough to get seats in top NIT's colleges you are eligible for ECE ,mechanical and civil other than CSE with this rank ,Go for the JOSAA counseling under this there are 111 institutes 23 nit's colleges offers it start from oct 17 there are 6 rounds .If you want to known more institute in IIT's/NIT's go through this link

According to your rank and previous year trend their is a chance to get a better nit with better branch but computer science is difficult. But these all are assumption which is based on previous year trend and you know that trend is changing every year so go for the counseling till the last round.
