Yes you have very decent chances to get admission into IT branch on the basis of rank mentioned by you in the question, the reason being is last year the cut-off for MIT, Manipal campus for IT branch was 3191, so you are getting rank under this.

Note that the above prediction is based on previous year's cut-off because the cut-off for MET 2020 is not released yet and cut-offs are bound to change evry year depending upon various factors.
