You have not mentioned your category but still you have a fair chance of getting CSE in NIT in last or spot round even if you belongs to general category. It depends on councelling. Do the choice feeling properly. Try to consult some councellor who are expert in this thing. You may not get old NIT's but hopefully you can get one of new NIT's?
