You have a very good rank. You can get almost any course you want in a good NIT. You can get both ME and CS in NITK, ME in NIT trichy and Warangal, CS in NIT Delhi etc. Please check the cuoff in the below link.

Hello Satkar, congrats for such a great rank, with AIR 4132 and considering previous year cutoffs, you can get Mech at all the NITs including the top three: Trichy, Warangal and Surathkal (I'd prefer Surathkal in that case), and for CSE you can get Allahabad, Nagpur, Jaipur, Rourkela, Calicut, Surat, Bhopal etc. (Rourkela and Allahabad are more preferable). And also you can consider several branches at IIIT Allahabad. (There are several dual degree courses available in IT). Also you can apply for IT in NITK (only NIT having IT course).
