The fee structure for management shall be better produced by college authorities for this year revised offer.

As far as ECE branch is concerned we have forecasted cutoff closing rank within 20000 for Vellore campus as it hasbene in high demand as per previous year trends.

Chances seem low at this rank in our opinion.
Alternatively you can opt for Civil and Biomedical engineering where you might have decent chances.
