According to previous year cutoffs and trends the last round(Round 7) maximum rank cutoffs under SC category and female quota is around 7,500 to 9,000 but your rank 44403 is far from that range.

Hence, it would be impossible for you to get into any NIT,rather you can go for IIIT,GFTI or try your luck in CSAB counseling.
