Cut-off in cdac is based on your rank. Getting a rank of around 1500 is generally good l, and can fetch you seat in c dac Hyderabad. For mumbai and iacsd pune, rank of around 2000 could be considered, 4600 is too far from it. Although the data varies year to year and seasion to session, you can try once, as sometimes people with even 6000-7000 rank get into iacsd pune pun c dac mumbai.
