If you belong from Kernartka  then you will able to get CS into top colleges of COMEDK like PES University, MS Ramiaiah, or BMS Bangalore.

And if you are from other sate in this rank you will able to secure other branch in these college or CS in other college like

Sri Sairam College, Bangalore, Bangalore Institute of technology etc.

But here I would like to suggest taking upper rank college in other branches like EEE OR ECE as lower ranked colleges under COMEDK are not that good, moreover internal sliding is possible in these colleges, so you can change your brnach to CS , if you scored well in your 1st year.
