It totally depends on your category if you belong to general category there is a little chance that you will get a seat.

But if you belong to SC/ST category you will definitely get a seat.

If you are from general category than with this rank you can only get EEE, ME, CE, IT. With lower category there is no such problem as a female you are eligible to all the branches with this rank.
