Well with your TS-EAMCET rank of 74363 under BC-D category, it will be hard for you to get good colleges for CSE or IT. On the basis of previous year's cutoff an average the closing rank for CSE or IT in the top colleges under BC-D category is near about 40000. Now there are other colleges too where you can get CSE or IT as per your rank. My opinion would be better attend the counselling process for TS-EAMCET and see which colleges or branches are you getting. Since you are going for second round counselling, so you might get some good colleges but still getting CSE or IT will be hard.
