Indian Maritime University (IMU) is a government college established in year 2008, under Ministry of shipping.

It offers degree in engineering in B.Tech(UG) and M.Tech(PG) in Marine engineering.  It also offers other degree in MBA along with and two to three days of certified courses.

The eligibility criteria for B.Tech is 60% in class 10th and class 12th along with suitable rank in IMU CET ( Indian Maritime University Common Entrance Test).

If you are interested in B.Tech in Marine engineering, the cut-off ranges between 1000 to 2000 in General category . 751 is appreciable rank and you have very high chances of getting admission in the college.
