In 2021 neet exam, cut off had gone above expectations, minimum Mark's needed to qualify for NEET this year 138 for general.
According to legal notice no medical seat can be filled with out qualifying neet, for this year minimum score 138, below this score can't get admission in any medical pathy or collage.

As you didn't mention your state so I'll answer you according to your profile which shows that you belong to Maharashtra. On the basis of your rank and previous year cutoffs, it is very difficult to get admission in any government or private institutions.

As your rank is too low there are not good chances for MBBS or BDS. If you want then you can try for siddha, yoga and naturopathy or veterinary courses in some private institutes.
