The closing rank for CSE at VIT chennai is usually around 14k.So it is practically impossible for you too get CSE branch there.Threre are chances for you  to get Mechanical Engineering, Electronics and Computer Engneering there.

Your chances of getting a seat in VIT in CSE department is very low. To be honest almost nil. But still you can go for the counselling if you really want that seat. You can opt for other branches too in VIT campus where chances are better for you as per your ranking.
