If you want a better ranked college then you should go for mechanical in IIT Indore, because Indore is above IIT Bhubaneswar in the nirf ranking framework.

However, IIT Bhubaneswar is not a bad option as well.

So, the equation has come down to your preferred branch. If you like machines, cars, ...then go for mechanical and if you like generators, robots, transformers,.. then go for electrical.
