Admission in NITs is done on the basis of JEE Mains ranks and admission in IITs is done on the basis of JEE Advanced ranks. According to 2018 cutoffs, with this rank in JEE Advanced, you can get Mechanical engineering at IIT Dhanbad. You can also get Electrical engineering and Mechanical engineering at IIT Dharwad. Please note that this prediction is completely based on 2018 cutoffs. Also, take care of the fact that cutoffs can vary from year to year depending upon factors like number if seats available, number of students appearing for the examination, difficulty level of the paper etc.
