Basically there are less seats in your category so chnaces are basically less but still you can apply for counseling till mop up level and expect a seat though its tough as hardly 2 to 3 seats are there for such category as total seats for mbbs in kerela is approx 119 only. 

The counseling process is almost over as 2nd list is already given, make sure you applied for it or chances will not be there.

If you dont make it this year, better try next year as if you really work hard, you will surely make it. You can also try for bds, bams or any other popular medical courses as the scope are high in that too.
