It is not possible to predict the exact situation as it depends on the number of students attempting the exam, the preferences of the students and the seat matrix of the colleges.

Analysing the previous year trends we can say that it is quite hard to get into NITs with this rank . The SC category rank closes at around 7k ( East Indian NITs only if you have home state quota)

If you belong to Delhi quota you have a good chance of getting Electrical, Biotechnology, Instrumentation in NSUT Delhi/ DTU Delhi.

You can try getting into private institutions via your board exam scores that way you might have better opportunities.
