Yes, you may have a chance because the number of openings in the SC/ST/PwD categories is normally limited to 200. However, you cannot be certain because these seats are extremely limited in number. This isn't a JEE advanced position. Following your selection, you will be trained for a year and will be graded either pass or fail based on your performance. If you pass, you will be assigned a regular seat for the following academic year.
