Based on your rank, which is 12258, it's not possible to get a seat in an NIT of any city, or any government college.

But you can easily get into a number of private colleges based on your JEE main rank. A lot of states have reservation for non-domicile students (other state students), but you will have to apply separately to them.

Also, most private institutions are coming up nowadays, and even if not as good as a government college, they are not bad either.
