my sc rank is 12258 can i get any iiits?

It is quite possible that you can get admission in IIIT's.

Sorry you are not qualified to any IIITs with the given SC rank according to the previous year cutoff . You can give try in JOSAA(counseling) . As entering into those institution requires a better rank than that , if you're keen about getting into NIT or IIIT, you can consider taking a year drop for preparing for next JEE .
