Sorry you are not qualified to any IIITs with the given SC rank according to the previous year cutoff . You can give try in JOSAA(counseling) . As entering into those institution requires a better rank than that , if you're keen about getting into NIT or IIIT, you can consider taking a year drop for preparing for next JEE .
